With experience since 2009 initially with single let developments we now invest in commercial to residential, residential refurbishment, block developments and Holiday lets.
It's a simple approach - We take on tired heritage buildings and bring them back to their former glory through a range of use options coupled with our sympathetic refurbishment schemes.
We work with private investors to provide investment funds to secure and refurbish the project whilst providing outstanding returns.
This works in a couple of ways..either with a fixed return on a specific project or invested over a longer period with us.
Our partner investors benefit from the fact that we always have our own money in the projects, which provides further peace of mind.

One of our projects
One of our latest developments was the conversion of a Victorian building in to apartments for the use as Holiday lets.
Located in Scarborough, North Yorkshire - The Salthouse was transformed in to three stunningly refined apartments.
Working with a private investor we purchased the property, which was in a tired state and transformed the whole of the building with a full back to brick refurbishment.
They have proven to be already incredibly popular as rentals well as generating a significantly higher than expected end value.

* Full refurbishment of a commercial unit to a Cafe and stunning 5 bed holiday let
* Total update and refurbishment of 6 apartments
* Conversion of a commercial block to 9 apartments
